Our delivery times are 15 to 25 days , depending on the destination country and the watch model; this may be longer or shorter. (If you order a watch from the in-stock section, shipping to mainland Spain takes 2-5 days). This timeframe is due to the fact that each watch is made to order: we gather the parts, assemble it by hand , perform quality, functionality, and water resistance tests , and finally prepare and ship the package to your address.

Shipping is completely free to the Iberian Peninsula and most of Europe, Latin America and Asia .

Shipments to islands far from the coast may have an additional cost; in these cases, we recommend contacting us beforehand to confirm feasibility and price.

Shipping to the United States incurs a cost , which is displayed on the checkout screen based on the number of units purchased. Due to current customs regulations in the U.S. , there is a high probability of inspection; therefore , watches shipped to this country will not include the Seiko logo on the dial .

Yes, all our watches have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects or malfunctions. It does not cover damage caused by normal use.
